The mercy that required the blood of the Lamb. I pray that you will continue to call people through your music, and through your prayers, just as the shepherd gently gathers his flocks.

I pray that you will be so in tune with the movements of the Spirit, that you are able to let go of all of your agendas to follow where He leads. Hold on loosely to your own goals and ambitions no matter how noble they may be, because what the Lord has in store for you is even greater than you can imagine. John, as I pray this scripture over you, the words patience and careful come across as vital. I sense John, that you are always ready, both in season and out of season to preach the word, either in song, or in deed. I feel God has really set you in a place where you can mold many, many workers for the Kingdom.
I pray that by the power of the Holy Spirit, you will have great wisdom and patience in the fine line between rebuke and encourage. I feel there are at least three powerful worship leaders under your wing at this time, and it is vital to their growth and confidence in His calling for them, that you dedicate yourself to careful instruction, and call on the Lord for the patience needed. I pray also that the Lord will bless you with new songs, and that your being faithful with what the Lord has entrusted you with, you will set an example for future generations of worshipers to usher many into the Holy of Holies. Michelle, as I pray this scripture of you, I am drawn to the word relief and in that word I hear rest. I sense that you have not been resting well despite sleeping. I feel that you have created expectations for yourself that are not only unrealistic, but counterproductive. I feel the Lord wants to give you rest, but you have to let go. You may feel that if you don't do something, it won't get done and you will have failed in your calling some how. But I am telling you now, that your calling is rest. Be still and know that HE is God and that His purposes will be fulfilled with or without you, but He would prefer with you.
Allow yourself the same measure of grace that you afford others. You are crucial to God's Kingdom work, and He needs you rested and on the same page as Him. He will hear your prayers Michelle and He will grant you the desires of your heart. Ask for the nations and He shall give them to you, just be still.. trust.. obey.. test Him, He will not fail you.

Jeff, as I pray for you, I get the word "feast". As I press into that, I feel that we as God's people often settle for fast food with the Lord, when He is calling us to a banquet. So I pray Father, that Jeff will help prepare the people of Concord Baptist for a feast. A feast where Your grace and mercy abound, and Your banner over them is love. I pray that Your Holy Spirit will equip Jeff to not only facilitate such a great feast, but partake in the fullness of God's offering. Carter, as I pray for you I got an image of a super ball bouncing wildly around, then it was joined by many others. It seemed to represent the chaos that is youth ministry. That these young people are coming from all different directions, bouncing off of each other and rarely being able to go deeper because chaos is comfortable. In chaos, you don't have to be real. So Carter, I pray for you now:
Father God, allow Carter to be centered in You. May his consistent walk with You cause some of the bedlam to be reside. May he take these young people deeper with each other, and deeper with You.
May the power of Your Holy Spirit draw them closer to You and may Carter help usher them into Your presence. Give him peace even in his own chaos, that he may teach a generation how to seek Your face.

So I pray, Lord, there are so many idols in this society that are so blatantly obvious, but I pray that You give Sebastian wisdom to see the areas of his life where he may have settled for "good" when You intended the "best" for him all along. Jacob, as I pray for you, I keep getting the word "transition". Since I don't know what is going on over at Fellowship, I'm not sure how this applies, whether something new is starting, or new worship team members, but I am going to pray into this.

Father God, You know what transitions are in store for Jacob, and I pray You grant him the wisdom and knowledge to move through this time. As I pray Father, I sense that You are calling Jacob to transition from being just a worship leader, to being a prophetic voice for the people of Fellowship. I pray Lord that Your Holy Spirit speak through Jacob in ways and methods that may be new to him, but with such peace and confidence that only You can provide. Prepare his heart for this transition as the enemy would like nothing better than to keep this front line warrior distracted from his calling. May his ears be open to Your promptings, and may he step in confidence in this new role you are calling him to.

Joel, as I pray for you and Lifepath Church, I get a sense of comfort. A sense that you have created an atmosphere where people can feel at home in the presence of God. This is a good thing. But never get complacent about the privilege of entering the Holy of Holies. Father, I thank You for the Joel and his desire to bring the spiritual orphans into a family. I pray that as he pours himself out to nurture them, that he is refilled by Your Holy Spirit with a fresh wind and living waters. May the flow freely through him. Brent, as I pray for you, I sense you are not one who seeks glory, but wants to see the Lord glorified in any success you have, so I feel this is a great scripture for you. I pray that your compassion for those around you who are poor in spirit will grow exponentially. Resist any urge you have to judge those who disagree with you in spiritual matters, but see it as an opportunity to grow in compassion, and plant a seed in them of Christ's unconditional love. That while we were still sinners, He died for us. I sense you are always seeking new ways to reach people, whether it be Facebook or Twitter. May God create for you a realm of influence with people who would not darken the door of a church at this time. Relationship is the key. Do not back down from your values, instead remain strong and build a mutual respect that will allow you to speak Christ's love into their hearts. I do not know if this means it will come from outside the church walls, or if it will come through someone outside the usual circle of intercessors. Father, regardless of the source, make it clear that You are the One with the message of hope for Your people. Release Your anointing on New Covenant, bring forth this revelation onto eager hearts and open ears. Rob, as I pray for you, I get the words "simplify" and "break it down". As I don't know you, I am not sure how this is to be interpreted. But I get a sense that it has to do with worship and perhaps some of the passion has been tapped by complications, whether it be in logistics or relationships. I feel you will be more at peace if, when faced with a decision, the less complicated, simpler road is chosen. So I pray now, Father God, for Rob, that he will see where You want him to simplify and perhaps even get back to the basics with his ardent worship of You. May he feel no burden of guilt for taking steps to simplify, and that his purposes are tied up in such an uncomplicated relationship with his Lord and Savior. May Your Holy Spirit speak to his heart, short, simple messages that he can convey through simple acts of worship, that reflect the tremendous love of Christ to His people.I pray he will be always ready with a simple answer to why he has such hope in glory.

Morgan, as I pray this scripture over you, I get the sense that you are very gung-ho to press on towards the goal which God has called you to, but are not sure exactly what He is calling you towards. I pray now, that the Lord will reveal soon to you His will and His designs for you in this season of your life. I pray that you will see fruits from even this time of your life, people whom you have touched through your obedience to follow Him.
I pray for open doors that will be so obvious that His hand is in, that you will run through them. I pray for new songs to come to you, even as you sleep. I don't know if this is a song title, but I hear "Merciful Savior" as I press into this prayer.

Father God, I have just come across Chuck's name a few minutes ago and I pray that You give me revelation that will speak to his heart.

"Be still" is what I hear.

Father this scripture tells us that through Christ and our faith in Him, we can approach You with freedom and confidence and I sense that this is not of a problem for Chuck and the people of Destiny Family Center to embrace. But what I hear is "be still". So I pray for Chuck, that he may be able to balance entering the Holy of Holies with both confidence and due reverence, with freedom and stillness. May he bring silence as a tool of deep worship and listening as a partner in prayer. I pray Father that You will speak volumes into the space created in their worship. That mysteries will be revealed in the pauses of their prayers. Speak to Your people in this congregation words that will set captives free in their community, that will speak healing to the broken hearted, and salvation to the lost. Not so much the work ethic he taught you, or the family name you are proud to carry, though those are valuable things. I sense the most important legacy is that he helped bring into focus in your life that internal desire for eternity and how to achieve that. So, Father God, I pray for Hallerin, that You will bring him comfort in his loss, and the blessed assurance that because of the firm foundation he has in Your gift of salvation, it will just be a short time before he is at his father's side, worshipping at Your throne. Theresa, a friend of my sister requested I pray for you and I agreed. Sometimes I get images in dreams and last night was one of those times. Since I do not know if this was for you or for me, I will share it and if it does not fit, maybe it was just for me. But in the dream there was several packed suitcases and I was meeting with a surgeon who I did not actually see, but spoke to. I asked what was needed for the procedure and he said all I needed is what was in the box. I opened the box and in it was a human heart and hiking boots. I prayed for revelation about what this would mean and this is my prayer for you.

Father God, we often surround ourselves with things we think we need to journey with You. All You desire of us is a new heart. A heart that is clean and renewed. You want us to walk with You, and sometimes we walk down paths with You that we've feel we have walked 100 times before, and it gets so routine that there is nothing new or spectacular about it. I pray now that Theresa will put on the shoes to walk the paths You have laid out for her . That she would not think routine or mundane the opportunity to walk alongside the Creator of the heavens and earth, even though sometimes the tasks of the day may seem less than spectacular. And these were not merely walking shoes You have given her, but hiking boots, for You may call her to more treacherous terrain as she seeks to minister to the poor of heart. But You shall indeed give her hinds feet on high places, and with the new heart, she will not grow weary. Father, Theresa has served You well thus far, but I know You are calling her to a deeper and much more rewarding walk with You. She can leave behind the baggage, for You are her provider. Father God, You are Rick's defender, the Lord his God. I pray that you give Rick the strength to press into those issues he knows are a distraction to his walk with You. I sense that busyness is weighing heavy on him. Grant him, Jesus, a holy efficiency that will allow him pockets of time to be like Mary and lay at Your feet and the grace to know that You loved Martha in her work as much as you loved Mary in her adoration.
