Father, I see in Steven a man You have gifted with a quick wit and a clever knack of crafting poetic lyrics, whose view of the world is jaded, full of skepticism of organized religion and governments. Your word says that You will pour out Your Spirit on all flesh and there are many fruits of that Spirit. As You pour out Your Spirit on this son, I pray You give him a double, no triple portion of joy. Fill him to overflowing with Your everlasting joy, that will outshine any pain he has endured earlier in his life.
