Father, I thank You for Alex and the joy that he brings to many with his skills. I know that despite all the accolades and adoration, that there is still a lingering hurt from his father deserting him and his mother. I pray Father, that You with the comfort and power of Your Holy Spirit, bring a peace to that dull ache. I pray that You will show Yourself as Faithful Father to Alex, and that any self doubt and guilt would be washed away. May Your joy and goodness abide in him all the days of his life.
