Fred, the Lord is calling you to a life that is more than self indulgence. Your fruitless searches for peace and satisfaction can only truly be satisfied in Him. The paths of justice, and the ways of righteousness are calling. I pray that you will allow yourself to be touched by the hand of God, to allow the feelings of emptiness and sorrow to be washed away in the waves of His mercy. Give in to His Spirit.
