Father, there is just something about the name Elijah that wants me to call down Your power. Elijah versus the prophets of Baal is one of my favorite stories of all time. Lord, I pray that Elijah Wood will have as much confidence in Your power and Your faithfulness as the prophet Elijah. That he would stand up against all those who worship things of man. Father, You have a calling for Elijah that only he can fulfill. I pray that he will accept that responsiblity with even more boldness and courage than his character Frodo did to destroy the ring. Many will see and fear You Lord and turn back to You because of this confidence.
