Chuck, there is so much work to be done to empower a generation of African American men and you are seeking to use your influence to accomplish that. I pray that your eyes will be opened to see what is truly racism and that which is just an easy excuse for mediocrity. I pray the Lord gives you the wisdom to guide men to excellence and you will soon find that a nation of millions will not be holding you back, but cheering you on. I pray any unresolved anger or pain caused by racism will be healed in the name of our Redeemer Christ Jesus.
