Lord Jesus, I pray for this church in the desert, that it may be a place where, just like your times in the desert, people can grow closer to their heavenly Father and know His heart. I pray that pastor Bob will move into this new year with a great peace, and total confidence that You are going to do great things through this congregation. Not only for their city, but things of eternal consequence for the entire kingdom of God. May they put their hand to the plow and not look back, and may the world see their good works and glorify You, Christ Jesus.
