Pastor Terry, I pray that as you look upon your congregation, you will see glimpses of the work Christ has begun in them. I pray that you will see spiritual growth and maturity even in the youngest members. I pray that His Holy Spirit would revive those who have become lethargic in their faith, and fan into flame the embers of passion that still reside in them. I pray that He would renew a right spirit within you as well, so that you will be able to rise up above what the Lord would see as pettiness and embrace the eternal. Be strong and courageous and your congregation will follow your lead. Draw them closer to His kingdom and see the good work He has begun come to fulfillment in the day of Jesus Christ.
