Brian, Christ and I both grieve the wounds made to you in His name, we know they continue to this very day. I know that you have rejected christianity because the way you witnessed people living out their lives. You've seen religious zealots stand as judge and jury over those who stray from the norm, driving many away from the arms of a loving God. This I declare to you, God is light, in Him there is no darkness at all. He was not in the wounds you received, He was not in the anguish you felt or the rejections you experienced. Know that He is your healer, He is your comforter. If you reject religion because of hypocrasy and and its unloving judgemental spirit, to that I say "YES and AMEN".

Know that God is still pursuing you he wants to bind your wounds and make you whole again. Oh, and happy 38th birthday.
