Father, You do indeed hear the desires of the afflicted. You hear the cries of the hurting, needy, and abused. You know the things this young man had to face in his childhood. You know of his anger, fear , and pain that manifests itself in his music. I pray Lord that You send Your Spirit to encourage him. To let him know that You hear his cry, and You want to draw near to him, comfort him, and give him the desires of his heart. I thank You Lord for blessing him with a daughter that has softened his heart. I pray that he will want more for her than this world has to offer, and together , they can seek Your face, catch a glimpse of Your glory, and spend eternity together in shadow of Your wing.
