Preacher Morgan, I sense in you a deep desire to reach the lost and brokenhearted. Know that the Lord sees that desire and wants fill that
longing. As I pray I get the phrase "A new way" and I have pursued that.
You do not need to change what you are doing, but I feel the Lord wants you to be prepared to be able to think in a new way for each person that walks through your doors or across your path. Be open to the Lord speaking to your heart on how to minister to each one in his or her own way. He also wants you to be able to step back and allow the people of your congregation to fully walk in their calling and not let you carry the full burden of evangelism. Since I do not know you, or how your church runs, I pray that you take any truth from this as I humbly offer them, and anything that does not ring true, gracefully cast them aside. May He renew your mind on a daily basis and may you joy in His Presence.

Wow, Rick when I was praying for you I felt a lot of resistance. I don't know if it is because you are facing some really hard issues or if you are embarking on something that is really Kingdom intensive, so I will pray into both.

Father God, You are Rick's defender, the Lord his God. I pray that you give Rick the strength to press into those issues he knows are a distraction to his walk with You. I sense that busyness is weighing heavy on him. Grant him, Jesus, a holy efficiency that will allow him pockets of time to be like Mary and lay at Your feet and the grace to know that You loved Martha in her work as much as you loved Mary in her adoration. I pray that he will allow You walk along side during his busy times. I pray for any ambitious project You have placed in his heart. I pray that he will not forget that any word You give to move comes complete with the power to complete the task. Give him a boldness, a confidence, not in self but in You, that will allow You to set captives free through his efforts.

Father God, I am so grateful to know John and have had the occasion to worship with him. I pray Father, that as he pours himself into the community, into the congregation, and into his family, that You will fulfill this scripture and refill him each time. Father, you know what John may struggle with in his life, and as the author and finisher of his story, I pray now, that you will work even greater wonders in his life and allow him to push aside any hindrance the will keep Your praises from rising from his lips. Bring new and exciting opportunities for John to share his passion for worship around the globe, and in his backyard.

Mimi, as I pray this scripture over you, I know that you have known the Lord's presence with you even in the storms of your life and I keep hearing the phrase "a place in this world." You are a beloved wife to Bruce and world class mother for Olivia and Evan, but even as comfortable an assignment as that is, that does not fully encompass your place in this world. The Lord knows what you seek, and He knows the fears that hold you back. I pray now that the time is coming, and is upon us that you will release those fears and the Lord will open the floodgates of heaven to pour upon you new revelation. Revelation that those within your sphere of influence may not have been ready for until this time. I say, "Yes and Amen" as I can not wait to partake of that which the Lord has been storing up for you, fruits to replenish what has seemed lost for the last few years. Mimi, you have not been shaken, but hopefully you've been stirred.
